Building on our own for 10 years has creating a special way for us to help our clients in a practical one on one way.
Building 2-5 projects a year allows us to work and spend the proper time with each client.
HISTORY
Cross-Country Builders started building in 2011. A life long dream to be a home builder we took the plunge to start our own building company. With many years of construction experience in contracting, consulting, designing, drafting and service. It was a natural fit.
SPECIALIZTION
We specialize in acreage and custom homes. Helping you from the beginning getting the proper start from before you purchase your land, to design of your home and fitting it with the perfect finishes. We are a design build team. We don't build many homes a year so each client gets one on one customer experience. At Cross-Country we believe in character and craftsmanship for a lifetime, meaning we build homes that have longevity in design and construction, using high quality products creating a quality built home. We believe in customer service and personal touches, helping our clients create a home for family memories.

We sponsored a meal at the Ronald Mc Donald House. What a great way to start the New Year..Our family helped us cook a great meal for the residence at the house. One of my favorite volunteer activities is to cook at the house. I recommend it to any organization.

Cross-Country Builders along with our wonderful partners, Pankratz Enterprises, In-Line Masonry, Spiker Equipment, once again brought heritage back to life with the Heavy Horse Pull Event in the Stony Plain Farmers day weekend celebration. We love giving back to our community. This year attendance was at a record high. Along with how much the horses pulled!. We could not have asked for better weather, spectators and Teamsters this year! I look forward to the 2020 Heavy Horse Pull. One of my favorite days all year!
Feb 14, 2017 - Once again we are so thankful to all the supporters that donated to "Share the Love" Campaign to donate toys to the Ronald McDonald House this last year.
We took 2 truck loads of toys into the house this year. We got to meet a special little boy that just received a new heart just 10 days before. My heart is so full when we get to the house. It is an amazing place filled with love. I am so proud of all our Cross-Country friends that donate and fill the Magic room each year! Thank-you to all the supporters!

We are so happy to have been apart of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern Alberta Block Party this year. It was a fabulous event featuring great music, food and very giving vendors. On this hot day we partnered with Meadows of Rosenthal and Remax Elite to handed out approx. 1200 freezes to the attendees. IT was great fun and I look forward to next year.

We hosted the Heavy Horse Pull once again. I think this is the fourth year... anyway. It is my favorite day of the Farmer's Day weekend in Stony Plain. Great fun was had celebrating these great gentle giants our family and community heritage and our partnering sponsors.

This year we have decided to once again support the Ronald McDonald House, and contribute by commencing our "Share the Love" campaign again. We are collecting NEW toys to Fill the Magic Room.
Each year the house rewards children for being brave after a procedure, family siblings are included in the house and they too can visit the room.
The house uses 3000-5000 toys a year.
Please donate, call us we can pick up toys, or you can drop them by our Showhome.
Donations will be dropped off at the house on Valentine's day.

We had great support from our clients, colleagues, and our contacts for this wonderful "Share the Love" Toy drive. We delivered the toys to the house, and were privileged to see the magic room in action. Below is a Facebook post from the RMHNA.

The families of Cross-Country Builders ran a 'Share the Love' toy drive for our Magic Room from their showhome, and their Trades and clients supported it in a BIG way. Their kids were thrilled to be able to choose an item from the HUGE donation pile to personally place into the Magic Room; as they were placing their items, one of our families arrived to choose their 'going home' celebrational treat. The excitement that each of these donor kids had, wondering if 'their' toy would be chosen by one of the visiting House Heroes, was too cute. We love #Kids4Kids initiatives!
Our Current Charity Fundraiser as of January 15, 2015
Super EXCITED to announce our "Share the Love" charity fundraiser. We are gathering toys for the Ronald McDonald House. The kids at the house get to visit the MAGIC ROOM for example if you finish a chemo treatment you get to visit the MAGIC ROOM. This room is full of toys. Cross-Country Builders and the Meadows of Rosenthal want to fill the room. We are asking for help! You can contribute by donating toys for the room. We will drop of the toys on Valentine's Day. The house needs 3000-5000 toys a year. Please share with your friends
